At Content Maker Studio ("CMS"), we want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. That's why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, subject to the eligibility rules below.

2. Eligibility

This refund policy applies to digital products and subscriptions purchased directly from Content Maker Studio via www.contentmakerstudio.com. It does not apply to:

Subscription renewals, including missed cancellations
Services or custom work
Purchases made via third-party platforms (e.g., Apple, Google)
Accounts that exceed fair-use limits during the 14-day refund window

Fair-use limits: a purchase is not eligible for refund once usage exceeds either of these limits: more than 5 generated images, more than 20 assistant messages, or more than 3 generated blog posts.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

Email hello@contentmakerstudio.com within 14 days of your original purchase
Include your order number and account email
Include the workspace URL or workspace name used for the purchase

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

The refund will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

5. Additional Conditions

Duplicate charge corrections may be issued when the same billing period is charged more than once due to a payment processing error.
Repeated, abusive, or fraudulent refund requests may result in loss of future eligibility.
To prevent abuse, usage may be aggregated across related accounts and workspaces tied to the same customer or payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
